About Judy Montana
For Judy Montana, helping her clients navigate the buying and selling process is an incredibly rewarding process. As a former teacher and administrator, Judy is able to use her communication and leadership skills to efficiently guide her clients through the real estate process from start to finish, whether they are first-time home buyers or seasoned investors.
Judy has worked with Homestead Realty, Inc. for the past 9 years. She recognizes and values the trust her clients place in her. It is her goal to exceed her clients' expectations by providing a customized experience that addresses their specific needs and unique circumstances.
Prior to her real estate career, Judy graduated from UCF with a Bachelor's & Master's Degree in Education. She taught 5th grade, was a Dean of Students, and was an Assistant Principal at Hunter's Creek Elementary School. After staying at home for 10 years to raise her family, Judy changed careers paths in 2014. Her passion for real estate began after purchasing and managing rental properties and flipping several fixer-upper houses. As a native Floridian, it made sense to use her knowledge and expertise of the local areas combined with her prior real estate experience to become a licensed realtor.
When Judy's not closing deals and making her clients' dreams come true, she can often be found water skiing, snow skiing, traveling, or reading. One of her greatest accomplishments is finishing the IRONMAN 70.3 Augusta Triathalon in 2016.
